    Honestly it's probably not simply dry eyes - but "tear dysfunction" which is just a fancy way of saying your eyes do not lubricate themselves very well. Unfortunately some people just naturally have sensitive eyes - I'm going to go out on a limb and say you almost certainly have blue or light colored eyes. Possibly fair skin tone? It's normal to be more so sensitive to light /wind than others. Wear sunglasses more. Lubricating eye drops could help, also make sure u are getting plenty of omega 3 in your diet. You'll be right. But seeing an optometrist may help too.
