Do I have Central Heterochromia?

What's the difference between having central heterochromia, and hazel eyes?

Aren't hazel eyes technically just green eyes with central heterochromia?

I was just trying to figure out the same thing. My eyes look "hazel" yet I have a brown ring of pigmentation around my pupil. The rest is a greenish light brown. I guess there has to be some significant difference in the eye colors.
