What is the worst clothing you have seen job applicants wear to an interview.?

    Like you, either the too casual or the ones dressed in party clothes--strapless skin-tight shimmery mini dresses, see-through tops, etc. Many young folks these days don't understand that "dress up for your job interview" means dress in business attire, not your best party clothes. School counseling should include at least one session of how to dress and act at a job interview since many of these kids aren't getting any guidance at home about this stuff.

How about a woman wearing a button up shirt with food stains and the sleeves ripped off. She was wearing hot pants and flip flops. Her hair was unkempt and she had mustache hairs that looked somewhat like Yosemenite Sam.

How about a see-through blouse on a woman with nothing beneath it? A pair of ripped jeans (we're talking major holes in the rear end and holes at the knees) with a food-stained t-shirt (looked like catsup) is good too.

I had a woman come in with low rider pants, a short shirt and her tramp stamp showing like she was stopping by on her way to the club.....I am in Florida so the "getting dressed up is soooo 2005" mentality is rampant. The best are the people that just come in to get their paper signed that they are looking for work while they sit around on welfare....I actually had a guy show up and just say...look man (he actually called me "man") ...i just need this paper signed so why don't we save both of us some time. I told him he had already wasted mine and turned him away without signing his paper. muhahaha

Not personally, but my boss interviewed someone who came dressed in a 1950's prom dress. Her resume was very impressive though.
