How long should I wait to follow up with a phone call after I email a resume?

    ohh I would have followed up the next day to confirm that the fax was recieved. I would call now just to verify if the position is still open, and if so then see if they got the fax.

You should call them after a few days! Don't wait too long because you want them to know you are interested! My boyfriend is a recruiter and that's what he always tell me!

Usually give it day and follow up to make sure they received it, you don't want to wait to long

I'd call them now but that wont gaurantee anything. Lots of employers already know who they are going to fill the position with (friends, relative of a co worker).
