use red dye and white dye. I would say to mix it instead of dying it twice. if u want it darker, add more red. if u want it lighter make it more white. I've tryed expirimenting with this once before to

Pink is a lighter shade of the primary color red. you can't mix anything else to get pink, just dilute the red. As for other colors---- mixing primary colors (red, blue, yellow) created secondary colors (purple, green, orange): blue+red=purple yellow+red=orange yellow+blue= green blue and green make a cool aqua color, yellow & green make a bright lime green, purple and blue make a deep royal purple.....good luck! its also cool to dip one end of the egg in one color, and the other end in another color and make them blend in the midle...imagine....red on one end, blue on the other, meet and make purple in the middle! :)

just use a little bit of red. add viniger

The red watered down would be pretty pink, you could try adding a little yellow, but not enough to turn it orange, and see what you come up with. Also, a bit of blue and some yellow should make a very cool lime green, or a sea blue, two of my favourites. Once the green dye has dried, dabbing some yellow on with a sponge gives the eggs a cool, glazed look, the same with a bit of purple over blue, or visa versa. Its important to make the dyes heavier on the first layer, and much lighter on the top. Just be careful of drips! Good luck.

Use red and purple, but don't leave them in too long. I would suggest putting the egg in red first, then a shorter amount of time in purple.

You need red and white to make pink. Red+yellow = orange Red+blue=purple blue+yellow=green red+blue+yellow=brown

Well red and white make pink. You could do blue & green and make teal. Or purple and blue....kinda sounds cool not sure what color it would make. Try some combos and see.

If you water down the red a bit, it will come out as a pretty pink wash. Purple and green look great together, as well purple and yellow. How about green with red and yellow speckles?

Jylsamynne

Only add a couple of drops of red ... which will result in a pink colour.
