I'm going to a call center job interview soon. I want to know what questions they would ask in the interview.?

This is a popular one. Have you ever had any experience in a previous job, where you had to deal with a customer who was causing problems or trouble? It a popular question among the customer service branch. Also, what are the two things you are willing to bring to this company?

They will ask for previous experience, any sales experience, communication skills, how you get along with others, and perhaps how much you know about their company.

Have you ever had any past jobs? How many people do you have in your family? Is your family well-maintained? How many hopurs of sleep do you get? Why do you want this job?

*What experience do you have with software? *Name a time you had a disagreed with a coworker or boss. How did you handle it? *Where do you see yourself in 3 years? *Typing speed and proficiency (many centers ask you to perform typing test)

For a call center job, they will you questions like are you good speaking with people. Do you like helping people? Do you have any sales skills? Do you have computer skills? Plus all the usual questions that are asked with any other interview- What did you like most in your last position? etc. I do believe that that you have more talent and common sense then to apply for a call center job though. Ask them questions like: What is your turn around rate? How long has the average employee been employed here? Good luck and seriously think about another field.

they want to know if they can trust you and you won't leave them after they spend the time and money to train you they may ask you your plans for having a family and getting married also your past education and work experience try to answer briefly and do not volunteer any information they don't ask directly they are not interested in investing in a jabber jaw or a someone who can't dress properly and be on time..never be late for an interview dress appropriately but don't over dress..be friendly but don't patronize the interviewer . Find out about the job you are applying for...ask relevant questions and never ask the starting pay until you get the job if it is too low..you can always say *sorry>>I can't work for that amount* and be ready to answer what kind of transpiration you have to get back and forth to work smile but don't let the bosses see you sweat~P everyone has been in your shoes unless the boss is your DAD
