if you are in a salary exempt position, you don't get paid for overtime and yuo work what your boss tells you to work

if you are an exempt employee you can work 168 hours a week, there is no state or federal law that says you can't

When you work for salary there is no limit to how many hours you can work. When I worked at a salary job there were weeks I would work 40 hours and there were weeks I would work 50 hours and I would still get the same pay. Also, in some states you have to be a legal age to work.
