Where to find entry level finance jobs?

Why is it so hard to find entry level jobs? ?

    Look into the Judicial websites of the state(s) you're interested in. sometimes there's a need for workers under the "Clerical" or "Office Support" classification (or words to that effect). Take tests. If a specific title has levels within it, i.e. Sr./Assoc/Prin Clerk, you'd start off at a Sr. Clerk, then take the next promo test as Assoc. etc. however you'd have to score high enough in order to maybe be granted an interview, and even there, there's no guarantee you'll be hired - but it's worth a shot. Because these days employers are not willing to train a recent college graduate with no work experience in that field anymore. What happens if they hire someone who thought that you was the right person for the position and you just graduated. They train you and after working for awhile at the position, you didn't get a certain duty right according to your supervisor, so, they give you a warning. You "messed" up again, so they have no choice, but to rehire which costs the company money. Time is money these days and companies don't have a lot of money to waste. That is why they are only hiring experienced workers only. You can perform informational interviews at the companies you wish to work for. Maybe you know someone who knows a person who works at the company. Interview for information. Ask him/her where that person started their career. That is the best way. Temp agencies are a bunch of crap these days, promising to help people when all they do is LIE. So, network and good luck job hunting.

With so many people out of work highly technical, highly trained employees are ready and will to do what ever needs to be done to feed their families........sorry.......gonna get worse........
