Offer your current customers an incentive to bring new clients to your business. make the offer personal and appreciative. Hold a contest based on how many new clients they can bring to the business.

First of all I commend you for staying with this home business venture for longer than  the average 2-5 years.  Most consultants quit within their first 30 days if they don't see any money coming in so pat yourself on the back for that.  The truth about Avon is TOO MUCH COMPETITION. I used to go to a doctor every week for a shot, and the nurse who prepared and administered the shots there was "retired" from Avon, they actually bought her out she got so big. I asked her what her secret was, and her answer was she spent every free minute she had cold calling people to add downlines. I think she told me that in three years time, while raising kids and working a regular job full time, she was making more than enough to replace her salary, and it wasn't too long before she had enough business that she got quite a nice payout. FWIW!
