There's a simple program that's going to save your time and money. It's called “Legit Online Jobs.” I think it has been in business since January 2005. HonestEonline.com, Trust-Guard.com and Truste.org have personally reviewed this program and said it is not hype - it’s the real deal. Go and check it out. Hopefully this will help you. Good luck :)

No they will not think you are a drop out, and any questions about school will be asked during your actual interview. I would stress the fact that you have matured and realize how important school is which is why you are buckling down to get the best grades you can...good attribute. They will only go through and call if they are hiring and it can take a week or longer. Unless they are desperate for people all at once, they will not call immediately. Mc Donalds is great for checkiing their online applications..most will do this now. It makes it easier for management to go through the applications and weed out who they are interested in. If they are hiring, and you are available for work for the hours they are looking for, then there is a good chance you will get a call within a week too schedule an interview. Remember...smile...don't ramble on..just answer the questions and that is it..eye contact all help in interviews. Be aware they all ask why you would want to work there and why you think they should hire you, so prepared an answer for those questions so you are not caught off guard and good luck..hope you get the job.

5-6 Days
I wouldn't worry about it. The only thing is because you are young you will most likely get part time shifts (Under 22 hours a week). If you worked at my store I would most likely only schedule you 3 hours a day, 5 days a week to keep labor down. We try to keep it between 22%-24%. But I work at a small store where we only make $3.2 Million a year on average, your store might be different. The best thing I can recommend is don't view McDonald's as a "McJob". There is a lot of room for improvement, and possibly Trainer, Team leader, Management, or 1st or 2nd assistant status. I went from being a General Crew to Manager in 6 months. Manager to Second Assistant in 3 months, Second Assistant to First Assistant in another 3 months, And then I was finally transferred to a new store as a Head Manager 4 months after that. And I now make more than enough to support my family, Plus I got a free car out of it too. You will most likely get the job. Just make sure you do a good job and always follow your SOP's and practice QSC&V constantly. You will find out what these mean on your first day.
