  A lot of people seem to want to open a catering business. I already know a friend and family member who does. It won't be easy in todays economy and you have to think about competition. If you have not had experience I suggest you learn from somebody who has done it or try reading a book. I have already suggested this to someone. There is a book on amazon. type in burger bar to find it. I would not go in any business that needs high start up costs without knowing what I was doing.
