Greatly? I doubt it, but it certainly couldn't hurt. I would think with a bachelor's or certainly a masters they would be promoted to office manager or similar managerial position which would warrant higher pay. I wouldn't want to get to that level of education and not be in a position to benefit from it, both financially and from a career advancement perspective.
