I'm confused. Do you have to be an RN to get your BSN or can you become an RN by getting your BSN? I thought that after high school I could do a 4-year Bachelor of Science degree ...show more

Answer:
You can either get it with an Associate's Degree in Nursing or a BSN. Both programs make you eligible for licensure. The "RN to BSN" programs are for those with the ADN who want to later complete the BSN.
