  • Answer:

You have to get your Registered Nurse through NCLEX exam, it requires at least a Associate Degree in Nursing to get your exam. After you've acquired your RN then you can start work at hospital. Most of hospital require a one-year minimum of clinical nursing experience in obstetrics and gynecology, either through undergraduate training or post graduate work in a hospital or clinic. OB/GYN nurses require additional certification in obstetrics, gynecology, labor & delivery, perinatal or neonatal nursing specialties. But most of the trainings are acquired from on the job training.
