    I seriously doubt this "degree" would help you get a job in this field at all. This sounds like a diploma mill. Remember, you will have to pay back any education loans you get. School loans can not be sidestepped by declaring bankruptcy. They will be on your back until you pay them back.

First, if this is a trade school/diploma mill, and is not accredited, and it's units do not transfer to a public university, then avoid. Before you invest any money in any type of Game Art and Design program, I would first start calling game companies, get in touch with the right people, and ask exactly what qualifications they look for for the position you want. I'm willing to bet that they care as much, or more about a portfolio as a degree. You had better have some pretty good self marketing skills too. But definitely contact the game companies.
