My husband is looking for work in computer tech, but HR only want elctronic resume w/no personal contact?

The whole world is now electronic application only. If you follow the guide in Yates book (great answers...) it will help get personal contact too. It is not about doing one or other but both. I am afraid that tenacity is the only tool your husband will need now. Remember that job sites like Monster.com react best if you re-new your CV every weekend - helps keep subscribers think something or someone new is on the market! good luck Mike
