What is the best college/university for web development, e-commerce, business strategy, computer science, innovation studies, computer graphics and design?

• Where can I get a modern education? The most desirable aspect to any college is also the most hypocritical: A well established academic prestige with twenty-first century relevance. Are there any established schools that teach technologies that have only been created in the last 5 years? Are there any educational communities that are lead by teachers under the age of 40(usually an indicant of technological competency).

  I was an exchange student in Montreal (Vanier College) for about 6 months and the program was pretty descent (Micropublishing and Hypermedia). The HTML/CSS classes were pretty complete (no back-end) even though we were mostly taught graphic design. When I came back in France I graduated and got my Bachelor's degree. My program in France was far more complete (some SQL PHP, UI/UX Design, Community Management and Web Marketing). There are hundreds of those programs here but I was struggling to find anything similar in Canada. This was my experience and I don't want to mislead you, maybe there are some great programs in the US. Just don't enroll in a bad program, you will learn A LOT more on the Internet. Your college/university will teach you how to use your tools and how to write code, but you'll still need to practice a lot and you will end up on those websites because they're the communities where the creatives share and help each other.
