How much time can i get for breaking a girl in my school face?

    first I off I wanna start by saying I totally understand your postion, been there done that got the t-shirt, I'm would consider my self more of a lover than a fighter but when my back against the wall, and it's me or them I'm picking me! I strongly agree with most of the posts, don't hit her with anything else but your own body, namely fists and DO NOT keep beating her while she's down, your talked big time felony there! but your biggest mistake so far is posting this question, if you do follow through with your misson you have just made it Pre-meditaded assult, again with exsiting circumstances like this has been a persitant threat and you did go to the adminstration with no avail, you'll prolly get probation at the the worst if it even goes to court, big chance of you just getting fined for fighting. how ever I would suggest letting you self get into a postion where it was self defense, with witness and you'd be alright. better yet, don't get even, get revenge, hurt her in ways that are gonna be more damaging to her long term and also don't trace back to you. trust me that really is the sweet revenge, posion her dog or somthing lol!

Well I'm not going to tell you that there is a point when the proverbial line in the sand has been crossed and you have to stand up for yourself no matter the reprecussions. But to intend on hurting someone to the point that you believe your actions are going to land you in jail??? Come on. Here is a better more logical streetwise approach. Don't be afraid to stand up for yourself physically if you need to, meaning hands and feet..not weapons or clubs.

I hate bullies. If you're going to get expelled then make it worth your while. Break her nose! Don't use anything but fists. If she has a million of her friends with her then don't do anything. This just means that she is a coward and cannot handle a one on one. So if you only get one punch in, make sure it's her nose and break it!

Hit her with a fist once or twice - Misdemeanor assault. In TX, the most you could get would be a year, and its unlikely you would get that much. Besides, Misdemeanors can earn up to 3 for one time in jail. Hear this. Hit her with anything else, and its a felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Thats 2-20yrs, with you having to serve a minimum of five before you are eligible for parole. If you have to hit her, (which I don't reccomend) then do it with a fist, and nothing else, and don't keep beating her while she is down. As a juvenile, you may get sent to a boot camp or something instead of time. If its your first rodeo, then most likely you could get probation.

I know from personal experience that there is more than one way to get back at a bully, other than smashing their face in. A much more tactful old favourite trick of mine was to throw a cup of water at their crotch so it'd look like they'd wet themselves, and everyone would make fun of them.

I understand your frustration at being bullied by an idiot classmate who won't leave you alone. I agree with what someone else said, don't hit her with anything but your fist. It will be tempting to bring something to hit her with, but that will probably lead to more charges being brought against you including a felony which wil hurt you more in the long run. It's possible that if you hit her once really good, that she'll be so stunned that you fought back that she's take off. Hopefully this is the case and after that she leaves you alone. I don't advocate violence, but you should defend yourself. Just be really careful and don't get hurt.
