It is 10 times easier for a US citizen to get a job in Germany, than a Indian to get a job in the US. Microsoft's second largest facility is in Vancouver British Columbia. Google is expanding facilities in London and Switzerland. Get a job in a international company in Europe, and they might sponsor you for a job in the US. Unless the application says US citizen only, apply anyhow. Iberdrola usa is looking for a network engineer. They are a nice spanish owned company in Portland.
