How do you break a sleeping habit?

I go to sleep too late in the summer like right now! I usually go to sleep from 2-4 AM. Then wake up from 10-12 PM... How can I break this? Please and thank you!

Hey, I did it too! And I really wanted to break up that habit. Now I have the solution. But I can't guarantee that it'll work for you. Just try it: I do sport every morning and afternoon. A light sport like swimming or jogging. Don't get tempted for something in the night. Try to take a deep sleep at 9-11 PM. Good luck for you and sorry if it isn't work.

force yourself to wake up earlier and you'll get more tired durring the day and hopefully start to off set the summer sleep habit, i set my alarm for 8am every day expcet sat. and sun. so i never get used to sleeping too late.

wake up super early in the morning and stay awake the whole day..do not nap! then you'll be able to sleep earlier.
