hi!, I agree with Andreva completely. If you can wind, so can you unwind. You really need to exercise. No need to take any medication. Most of the time we bring onto ourselves unwanted stress. Life was so much better when we were kids, is'nt it? just relax, Exercise and take life as it comes....

Exercise so hard for once that you get really tired and drain out of energy. If you have time, take a trip to the nature.

I have a few suggestions for you, don't drink coffee as it makes things worse, ensure you are drinking atleast 8 glasses of water a day because most people are tired not because of exhaustion but because of dehydration, if you aren't drinking enough water you may feel extra tired. Also I have heard an apple in the morning can work better than coffee, similarily, it is so important that you eat a good breakfast cause it can make or break your day. To help you get to sleep at night, try preparing for bed one hour before you want to get to sleep, do quieter activities, turn off the tv, turn off the computer, maybe do some reading, other activities such as playing on a computer takes more alterness which you may inturn be keeping yourself up. I have found listening to music at night helps me to relax. If you don't like classical it can be boring enough to help you fall asleep. Make sure the tempurature of your room isnt too hot or cold as that can affect ability to fall asleep as well. Some people do evening yoga that is slow in movement to relax the body or meditation. And last but not least, exercise is a great tool for helping you get a normal sleep pattern. If you exercise regularily, even if it's just going for a walk after dinner, it helps to promote a healthy sleep pattern. I hope this helps.. this didn't come from an article, these are my own suggestions from one previously sleep deprived person to another. Good luck. Email me if you have any further questions.

Sounds like when you do sleep you may not be getting the rest you need. You should probably go to your doctor and let him or her know what's going on, you may need some sleep medication to help you.

Go to bed earlier and try to wake up at the ame time every day and if that doesnt work try to get a sleeping pill from your doctor.

Get off the computer and go lay down.
