I got the same problem :) In the morning I usually drag myself out of bed to the washroom where i wash my face with cold water, then I make myself coffee (I dont know if you like it but it works for me). Try to stay active (jumping around helps me) turn on your radio (NOT TV if you got one in your room because that gets you sleepy and you waste time watching tv when you are supposed to get ready for school :) I hate getting up in the morning but these things really help me to stay awake for the day.
