Unfortunately there is no definite answer to this question. Different people will have different opinions. Having completed your B.Sc, the logical choice may be an MBA in IT, but you should not rule out the other options. Depending on your level of interest in Finance, HR or Marketing, you can choose any stream. What is important is that what ever you take up, you undergo it with passion. What is more important for you would be to choose the right b-school for the course. That is what makes or breaks your "Initial" professional career.
