    I would say wear formal attire e.g full suit with not too bright shirt preferably white and a color complimenting tie as sneakers are the only shoes .. try to keep eye contact so that the non-matching shoes are not noticed ... their visual perception of you plays a major role in choosing a candidate for the job , if you appear to have put no effort into your clothing / making it look formal and appropriate they might not consider you to be able to put the effort into the job and would not take it seriously ... i mean he's not bothered to get dressed correctly for a interview so why should he put the effort in at work ... see what i mean :) anyway good luck to you and i hope this advice atleast guided you towards the right clothing choice :)
