Should I send my resume as an attachment or should I send it with it in the body of the email?

always send an attachment b/c sometimes email will convert the doc to plain, unformatted text (which is just ugly and hard to read). if u send as attachment, they can save the doc to their local drive and it retains the format.

Send as an attachment in a common format (Word doc is good). Be sure to scan for virus before sending; you do not want to send them one.

Put it in the body of the letter AND attach it. That way, they can easily see your resume and if they want a printable version, there's always the attachment.
