Can you tell me about practical nursing?

I went to a nursing school interview and I didn't get picked so can someone tell me why?

    sometimes nursing schools have a limited number of spaces that they can put students in the class. maybe its just because this was your first time to do an interview and some of the ones chosen have tried before and didn't get accepted. Keep trying if that is what you really want to do. don't ever give up. i received the job that i have now almost a year ago, but it took me seven years to get it. I never gave up on it and now i have it. hang in there and good things is bound to happen for you in the future. lets just hope that it don't take you seven years like it did me. good luck on your future endevors.

Perhaps affirmative action. Perhaps they met their quota, and just interviewed you to be polite. Perhaps they didn't think you were really serious. Could be any number of things.

Shouldn't you be talking to the people that interviewed you? You can ask for an exit interview... find out where you went wrong. How you can do better next time. And ask yourself those questions again...if you can't honestly answer them then that is why you didn't get picked.

Noone can tell you why you didn't get picked except for the person who interviewed you. perhaps your grades and your score on the nursing exam had something to do with it?
