What should i know about the culinary industry?

I'am interested in the real estate industry, just don't know what area of the industry to go into.?

    In a Real Estate Sales office, there salespersons and secretaries. In an apartment complex rental office, there are salespersons and secretaries. The choices are somewhat limited.

Consider home inspection. With your background, you already have some of the knowledge you'll need (you should also be prepared to take courses and training). It's a good job because unlike many real estate jobs, inspections are needed even as the market fluctuates. Another good job is appraiser for the same reasons.

Apply at a brokerage firm....check your area. Or since you a degree in architecture apply to a Developement firm in your area. You may only get an asst position b/c you only have a 2 yr degree but if you show you're serious about the job you can move up and maybe they will send you back to college for 4 yr.
