Hey, there is no FAST WAY once you are bruised, you're bruised. Don't go rubbing them with anything; that will only do more damage. The bruise is bleeding under the skin from a damaged vein or capillary. You can apply ice and alternate with warm compresses to get some circulation; or take some aspirin (with food) to thin the blood a bit. Put a little make up on the areas; that always works too.
