What are the ways to find another website with similar traffic and its ad revenue?

• I am in the middle of writing a business plan for a startup that will have a website to provides free online services and the company will have revenue from online ads. I did research about how to estimate ad revenue and understand that a reliable estimate might be from a website with similar traffic and business model. The website I am talking about is estimated to have 2 billion page views  each month. So I would like to know whether there is any other website that has similar traffic and business model. I am unable to find such info online. Besides, I am not very sure about whether there will be any difference in revenue or how much that could be regarding displaying Google ads or ads placed directly at my website by advertisers.   Some advice: - If you are writing a business plan, monetizing your company with advertising probably isn't the way to go. It's a long, hard road, if you are trying to pitch making money from ads as your business model to a potential investor. Most will likely laugh you out of the room. - 2 billion page views is a lot. Like, a real f**(ing lot. As a point of reference, my company (http://buysellads.com/) sells ~ 7 billion ad impressions each month across about 2200 websites. That's ad impressions, not pageviews. Take that number and divide it by about 7 (for easy math) and that has us selling 1 billion page views per month. I'm not saying it's not possible, but if you are coming out of the gate expecting to have 2 billion page views to sell, then I wish you the best of luck my friend. - If you have 2 billion page views to sell per month, you're not going to be using standard display networks like Adsense and such. You will want to build out your own native ad strategy.
