How long can the reaction to a bee sting last, hours, days, etc? Can the swelling and redness get worse ?.?

It will take about a week. I got stung by a bee and I am allergic to them and it took a week for the swelling to go away. What helped me is that I put Ice on it and it took some of the swelling away. Try to put ice on where she got stung. It will help. I hope your Daughter will be ok.

It is very possible for the swelling to get worse as the toxin has to be cleared by the body. If it is getting worse however she should be seen again by the physician as there is other medications that may help ease the irritation.
