Do you have some advice on bruising behind the knees?

I keep my knees locked on this equipment at work.I am having knee trouble, without goin to the Dr any advice?

    Why are you on the equipment for 12 hours? Don't you get any breaks? Try stretching your legs at frequent intervals, if possible. Also try something like Bengay or Deep Heat, and some aspirin/tylenol/aleve for the pain and any swelling that might be occuring.

MY KNEES GIVE ME TROUBLE ALSO TRY PUTTING CABBAGE LEAFS on your knees at night take a raw one rip the leafs off and put it on but be shore to wrap an ace bandage lightly around it just tight Enif to hold the cabbage on i know that it sounds crazy but it dose work

your company should pay for u to go to the dr. if u are in the us as part of workmans comp u should get it checked out other than that plenty of ice to keep swelling down
