    Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Personally, I would go backcountry. If you go during the slow season, you may be able to rent a group campground which will give you much more space. Try this website. It may not afford the privacy your looking for, but you'd be surprised on how much fun it is to meet fellow campers I camped at a site remote site in California, or so I thought, over the fourth of July weekend, and darned if I didn't have everyone packed in my car to celebrate at a local BBQ! We still keep in touch! Best time I ever had! We were up well after two in the morning by a campfire every night!

The downloadable app is called Pocket Ranger and it can tell you what state parks in the state allow camping and then it gives you a list of activities to do in the area. I used this app before choosing my campsite to make sure that the site had everything we were all looking for! The app is a great tool to keep you busy in the wilderness!
