gamecrazy or small computer shops. shine a really bright light on the bottom screen see if you can see anything, it sounds like the backlight on your screen is broken you may be able to do it yourself. get a tri wing screw driver and a tutorial on how to assemble and a new bottom screen. you may not even need a new one. it may have just come loose. everything in there is more or less plug and play
