So long as you have permission from someone with the authority to give you permission, there's no problem. Reminds me of the Goldeneye tournament they held at my college on the 200" screen in the auditorium. Only problem I can see that you didn't mention would be possibly being too far away from the system for the Wiimote to communicate with it.
