My Nintendo DS Lite registration number (serial numbers) rubbed off!!?

Honestly, it is highly doubtful that Nintendo will be able to replace the serial number sticker. By its very nature, serial number stickers have to be unique, and there would be very little reason for a company to produce multiple ones since it would defeat its purpose. Also, I find it doubtful that a company would assist someone in trying to trade in their system anyway :D Sorry for the bad news, but I have a strong feeling you will be out of luck on that one. If you're just having a problem with the DS, you may want to contact Nintendo to see what repair options they have. However, be aware that they likely won't honor the extended warranty you purchased from EB Games - extended warranties are always handled directly by the store itself. Also, to go against the above answer a bit, it is doubtful a call to a the corporate EB Games office would have any effect on them honoring the extended warranty without that unique serial number there. I'm likely to sound like a jerk on this one, but as I've worked retail in the past, it's up to the customer to ensure items such as that remain on the system in good condition themselves. Otherwise, a group of people could just purchase one extended warranty, and then the first person to have a broken system could just peel his/her serial number off and try to claim they had the proper serial number on the system.
