No you would need way more than that to even get close to emulate the ps3, in order to do it you would need this specifications. PS3 http://9.bb/3MI XBOX 360 http://9.bb/3qG Don`t fall for these scams bc the whole point of emulating something is when you cant buy the hardware, so then the software will act like that hardware. For instant my childhood console like the snes its like 20 years since it came out, so they don't manufacture it anymore. You can get it used but computers now are so smart the they can be programmed to act as that piece of hardware.
