are you using the nintendo wifi usb wireless adapter? cuz they disabled the use of that you need to use the lan adapter and hook it to the back of you router, and hook it up to the first plug area and go to wii settings, internet, connection settings, then go to connection 1, click on wired, then try a connection test. hope i helped^_^
