What is the difference between animal crossing for wii and animal crossing for DS?

ok so i want the game animal crossing for wii but i already have it for my DS i want to know if they are a lot alike or if they are different and i should get it???!! plz help ...show more

I never had the DC version so i couldn't really tell you the difference... I have the game for wii thoo ! and i thought it was pretty boring because its not really a story. all you do is talk to animals ..talkin animals.. and its repetetive.. everyday you fish, get fossils, talk . ! ..Hm i got bored within a week ! i recommend the wii it has better graphics and has a speaker to chat i have the wii it is allot of fun.

they have like the same features and stuff but the wii has better graphics and sound but the gameplay is exactly the same. so yeah....it would kinda be a waste to get the almost same game that you already have.

Well they're very different, Wii one has much better features than the DS. Wii has better graphics, better sound and better user-friendlyness. I would recommend the Wii version.
