You need an autoconfirmed account, basically one that has made 10 non-vandalism edits and been up for at least 4 days. Then, to change the name, you have to "move" the article by clicking "move" in the upper right. Type in the new name that you want the article to have, and the article will be renamed by being "moved" to the new name. The old name becomes a redirect to the new name. For example, you want to change "Strangeness" to "HAGGER?????" Get an account named "Grawp the friendly giant", make wait 4 days and make 10 good edits (grammar, etc.), go to the page "Strangeness", click move and type in "HAGGER?????", say "Strangeness is smacked by Grawp's massive cock" in the edit summary, and move the page. Repeat. Many times. :)
