How do i create photo album on facebook from my pictures folder?

my pictures are on my computer in picture gallery. How do I post some of them on facebook

When you click on Photo Album on your Facebook wall, it should give you the option to "browse". Can't you access your photo gallery via this method? This is how I upload all my pictures. I keep all my pictures in a file under My Documents labeled My Pictures.
