How do I send a friend a picture on facebook?

I have a picture of a friend and she wants me to post it so that she sees it on Facebook. I don't want to upload it to my photos.

You can send a picture to a friend in a message. When you are looking at a picture, click on the small box that says "Share" and you'll be able to do it from there. It won't post on your friend's profile, but he/she will receive it in the Inbox. Hope it helps.
You can upload in your album and share it to the person whom you wanna send or if you have the url of that image so just go to the profile and paste link there.
