How do I stop my Facebook account getting hacked?

    Do you leave your Facebook open all the time? If so, you may want to rethink that. If you leave your page open and have friends over to your house, it's very easy for one of them to send the messages that way. Facebook isn't that easy to hack, so when there is a hacking incident, it's usually done by friends or family. Which brings up the password issue. Any friend or family member may be able to guess what your password is. They know you best and if you use something that you like to do ("baseball" if you're a baseball player), or the name of your pet or best friend or birthday, these people will be able to figure it out. Once it's hacked, you need to change your password so it doesn't happen again. Since this has happened to you a few times, I doubt you're changing your password, or you are changing it to something else that a friend or family member could figure out. Change your password to something random with a mix of upper and lower case letters and numbers (example: zYu43Jq). Passwords are case sensitive, so this would be difficult for someone to guess at. Do not tell ANYONE your new password! But, even if you change your password, if you leave your Facebook open, you're going to be hacked again.

First of all what you want to do is to change your password to something really strong so they won't be able to do it again. But however what you can do is go to Facebook: > Click on the little cogwheel at the top right > Select 'Account Settings' > Click Security on the left side > Look for ''Login Approvals' and set up an extra layer of security using your mobile. Any time anyone will be accessing your Facebook account, a security code will be sent to your mobile phone, making sure that only you (the owner) will be accessing your account because when a person will be trying to log into your Facebook account, the code will be sent to your mobile phone meaning the person will have no access to your phone and eventually no code so they won't be able to log into your Facebook account. Unless the person logging into your Facebook has stolen your mobile phone. Good luck.

Change your password to a stronger and better one.

first u can change the password..then there is an option in facebook which u can set so that even if u or anybody els types the correct password ..a page wil open where u have to type a code without which ur account cant be acessed...and facebook wil only sent the code to a mobile phoen number which u have to setup in facebook settings..il give u step by stem instructions on how.>>.first login to fb> then go to settings..>on the lefthand side click on security..>there will be an option called >login approval...select it and activate it...ul need to provide ur mobilephoen number for login approvall...and make shure u never loose this number cause everytime u want to llogin fb will sent u a code to ur phone only with that u can access ur account..now even if someone els gets ur password and enters it they will still need ur phone to type the code in..every time u login fb sends a different code so ..it is the best security feature to have...hope this helps
