I don't think msn for mac works with webcam yet. I suggest you download an alternative like aMSN. It works exactly the same as msn, lets you talk to your msn contacts and even sign in with your msn account you already have, but you can use webcam and stuff =] only downside is that the emoticons are weird and take some getting used to after msn's >_< though you can use custom emotes and stuff still so it's usually not a problem.
