Hi, The most simple way is: Download Hijackthis utility: http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/ Run it - Find line that contains C:\Users\Ryan\AppData\Local\Temp\sshnas2... and click Fix. After next reboot error should disappear. Also try something called Rundll Fix Wizard (never tried it): http://www.rundll-exe.com/
