I have a Xbox 360 Vision webcam that i use on msn. its worked for at least a year, and now when the webcam request is accepted, the webcam box is black. ive tried re-installing ...show more

Go to window updates and update everything on the pc. If it still does not work.Go to control panel and configure.The sound and auto devices and choose the best that will suit u. Good Luck:)
