Ok, On MSN... I have a webcam which i installed.. and so has my friend... so we both tried a video call..?

But it doesnt work for me.. it doesnt respond.. when he/she accepts..... So i always have to restart my computer... and when I click it for them like to view their webcam it doesnt ...show more

uninstall ur webcam and then reinstall ur webcam and the latest version of msn! and maybe ur webcam isnt properly plugged in somehow...

make sure its installed properly and go to options video/activities and then select make my webcam available if that isnt there then you will have to re install it and hopefully that will work

format your computer, then re install everything, that is the only way youll fix it

When you open messenger make sure your "on line". I think you can only make a video call that way
