Why can i only do video calls on msn?

Why can i only do video calls on MSN and not one persons webcam?

  • When i click the little webcam in the corner, it doesnt say send webcam it only has video call? why is this? please and thank you

    You have Wave 4 of Windows Live Messenger, Wave 3 is available here (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=SO17A4MF) 1. Unnstall all Windows Live Programs (Windows Live Essentials in Add/Remove Programs/Programs and Features) 2. Extract the installer from the ZIP folder you downloaded 3. Run the Installer 4. Done! Photo Gallery and Movie Maker do not work, I don't know why, but they just don't Hope this helps :)

I have the exact same problem, Im not sure how to fix it but it's got something to do with your versions, My laptop can click the webcam and do the 1 webcam chat But on my desktop its the same story as yours, So I will be eager to see other peoples ansers lol :P
