How does Google play store list apps?

Considering Google has over a million apps available in the google play store, what steps does it take to keep a tab on the faulty apps?

  FUSS! Yess! nothing more than that. the things will not remain the same. Play store has more than double of apps and even the same when it comes to faulty and fake apps. The people, actually consider the total apps and after buying an Android device, they only use apps that they actually want! In this scenario, windows (Microsoft) is trying to convince people that Windows and windows phones already got the apps that users really use. True that. you will get almost every android app alternative on the windows store. Google is feeding for fake apps. the entire system of google play store has no protection when it comes to safety and privacy. anyhow, needless to say, apple is really secure (But not a worth buy in my opinion because i im not ready to pay for the brand name) and windows phone is already considered as the best alternative for business persons after the death of the popularity of blackberry as it made android apps to work on its devices. final winners are Windows and Apple devices.
