Why has my msn stopped working completely?

On msn my emoctions and smileys , key board short cuts and stuff have stopped working.?

i have also got messanger plus but for some reason they have all stopped showing me the smileys and just the key board short cut and now not working and any suggestion??

Maybe someone hacked into your msn account and took them off or maybe there going to make a new version so there removing it to make the new one way better. Hoped this helped ! Good luck .

Open de windows live messenger preferences from the main messenger screen, (tools/preferences) *Messages or something, 4th tab in left side, *Parse smileys, and parse special smileys, turn both on (tick them) *Just in case if messenger plus is bugged, remove plus and reinstall it *If any of these doesn't work, reinstall the messenger.
