  You have a facility to block certain senders,but it sounds as though you have picked up a piggy back or drive by infection by using an infected website.My advice would be to instal and run SPYBOT and SUPERANTISPYWARE at the same time,they really perform well together with no problems.You can also instal COMODO it is an advanced type of ccleaner,but it digs much deeper,you can find ,access and delete anything with it.BUT,be warned,you must be very careful as this program can lose you a lot of what you need if you are not very careful and selective.It is safer to use CCLEANER,but not as effective.If you know what the infection is called ,you can use search, from the desktop ,find all the bits and pieces and delete from there.You should most certainly change your password for a much stronger version.
